II.Occupier of House not rendering true Account;
Penalty 40s.
Provided alwayes and be it enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That if any Occupier of any House Edifice Lodgeing or Chamber shall not make or cause to be made an account, or shall ommitt in his account required to be made by this Act any Hearth or Stove, he shall for every such Hearth or Stove he shall soe ommitt forfeit the summe of Forty shillings,
