XVII.Proviso for Universities licensing.
Provided alwaies That nothing in this Act contained shall be construed to extend to the pp[re]judice or infringing of any the just Rights and Priviledges of either of the two Universities of this Realm touching and concerning the licensing or printing of Books in either of the said Universities
