XIX.Booksellers may import certain Books ready bound not formerly prohibited.
Provided alsoe That neither this Act nor any thing therein conteined shall extend to prohibit any Booke seller who hath served seven yeares and is free of the Company of Stationers London from importing or bringing into this Realme any Bookes ready bound not formerly prohibited which have beene printed ten yeares before the said importation Any thing in this or any other Act to the contrary notwithstanding
