Provided that this act or any thing herein contained shall not extend to charge any Blowing house and Stampe. Furnace or Kiln or any private Oven within any of the houses hereby charged nor any Hearth or Stove within the scite of any Hospital or Alms house for the releife of Poore people whose Endowment and Revenue doth not exceed in true value the su[m]m of One hundred pounds by the yeare
