Distress.
And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That in case any person who is hereby charged or intended to be charged to pay any su[m]m or su[m]ms of money as aforesaid shall refuse or neglect to pay the same that then every person or persons whoe is hereby authorized to collect the same shall and may levy the same by distresse and sale of the goods of the person and persons soe refusing or neglecting rendring unto the said person and persons the overplus of such money as shall remaine in theire hands by the said sale after the said duty and necessary charges of levying the same is discharged as aforesaid
