XVIII.Persons assessed higher than their Rank to be assessed by Persons herein named.
[X1Provided that if any of the Peeres be assessed higher then according to his or their ranke or degree perticularly expressed in this Act, they shall be assessed by George Duke of Albemarle John Marquesse of Winchester Henry Marquesse of Dorchester Algernoone Earle of Northumberland William Lord Paget Philip Lord Wharton John Lord Hunsden and Henry Lord Arundell or any five of them.]
