And Bee it further enacted that there shall be allowed and paid by the Co[m]missioners aforesaid unto the respective Collectors of every parish the summe of one penny in the pound for all such summes of money as they shall collect and pay in according to this Act, and the said Commissioners shall likewise allow and pay out of the moneyes soe collected and paid in one penny in the pound unto their Clerks and others imployed by them in this service.
