VI.Monies to be issued by Treasurers according to
And Be it further enacted that all and every the Summes of money which by vertue of this present Act shall be paid to, or received by the Treasurers aforesaid shall from time to time be issued out according to such Warrants and directions onely as they or any three of them shall receive from the Commissioners named in one
