And Be it further enacted that the summe of Two hundred and tenn thousand pounds being one Moyety of the six moneths Assessment hereby imposed shall be assessed collected levyed and paid into the Receiver or Receivers Generall who shall be appointed by the said Commissioners upon or before the first day of February One thousand six hundred and sixty, and the other Two hundred and ten thousand pounds residue thereof upon or before the first day of April One thousand six hundred sixty one,
