Act of this present Parliament entituled An Act for the speedy disbanding of the Army and garrisons of this Kingdome, or three of them who are hereby required and enjoyned at their perrills to take care and provide that the moneyes soe as aforesaid to be issued out be imployed onely to the uses intents and purposes hereafter following and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever that is to say principally and in the first place for and towards the totall disbanding of the present Army and Garrisons untill that worke be fully perfected and compleated according to such rules and instructions as touching the disbanding of the Army in the said Act last mentioned are contained. And after the Army shall be wholly disbanded, then the residue of the moneyes to be raised by vertue of this present Act or due or behind on any former Act shall be employed for and towards the paying off of the Fleet and Navy according to such rules orders and instructions as touching the payment of the Navy are herein after mentioned and not otherwise.
