IX.Prices to be at the usual Rates.
Proviso.
Provided alwayes and be it Enacted and Ordained by the Authoritie aforesaid That noe Brewers or Retailers of Beere and Ale shall take any more in the price thereof upon sale of the same then according to the usuall rates and prizes, saveing that every common Brewer shall and may take and receive of all and every person and persons to whom he shall sell and deliver any [X1Beere or Ale] the Excise thereupon due as aforesaid over and above the usuall rates and prizes,
