Neverthelesse it is Declared and Enacted that such persons as up the Twenty fifth day of December One thousand six hundred fifty nine were the possessors of such Benefices or Promotions shall not be charged by such Presentees of his Majestie with or for any proffitts by them or any of them received before the [X1said] twenty nineth day of September but shall hold and enjoy the proffitts of such Benefices and Promotions respectively untill the said twenty ninth day of September.
