XVII.Exception of Fines,; Amerciaments, &c. received by Sheriffs, &c.
And alsoe excepted out of this pardon all Issues Fines and Amerceaments Rents and other publique Dutyes being leavied received or collected by any Shiriffe Undersheriffe Bailiffe Minister or other Officer to or for the use of the late King the Parliament or the said Keepers of the Liberty of England, or any other person stiling himselfe Protector or for his Majesty that now is, and not accompted for and discharged.
