Provided alwayes and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That it shall and may be lawfull to and for all and every Clerke and other Officer of the Courts at Westminster to award and make Writs of Capias Utlagatum at the suite of the party plaintiffe against such persons outlawed as be pardoned by this Act to the intent to compell the defendent or defendents to make answere to the plaintiffe or plaintiffes at whose Suite he or they were outlawed, and that every person soe outlawed shall sue [X1out] a Writt of Scire facias [X2againt] the party or partyes at whose suite he or they were soe outlawed before this pardon in that behalfe shall be allowed [X3to] him or them soe outlawed.
