Provided also that this Act, nor any thing therein contayned, shall extend to the lands or goods of any Colledge, Hall or Hostell, within the Univ[er]sities of Oxford and Cambridge, or any of them, or to the Goods or Lands of the Colledge of Winton founded by Bishopp Wickham, or to the goods or lands of the Colledge of Eaton next Windsor, or to the Lands, Tenements, or revenues onelie assigned and appointed for the sustentacion and living of the poore Knights founded in the Castle or Colledge of Windsor by our late Soveraigne Lord King Henry the eight, or to any the Goods or Chattells of the same Knights or any of them, or to the Goods or lands of any co[m]mon free Grammar Schoole within the Realme of England or Wales, or to the goods of any Reader Schoolemaster or Scholler, or any Graduate or Resiant, or remayning for studie without fraude or covin within any the said Univ[er]sities and Colledges or townes of Oxford and Cambridge, or Suburbes of the same, or to any of them, or to any their servants attending dailie uppon any of them, nor to the goods of any Officer Minister Almes men or servants belonging to any of the said Univ[er]sities, Colledges, Halls, or Hostells, and dwelling and resiant within the said Univ[er]sities, or either of them, or within either of the said Townes of Oxford and Cambridge& the Suburbes of the same without fraude or covin, or to the goods, and lands of any Hospitall, Maisondieu, or Spittle house p[re]pared and used for the sustentacion and releife of poore people, Any thing in this Act contayned to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding.
