8.  In regulation 6— E+W

(a) in paragraph (2)(b)(i), omit “2A,”, “9A,” and “9BA, 9C, 9D,”;

(c) in paragraph (2A)(a), omit “9,”;

(d) in paragraph (2B), for “8A, 9B, 9BA and 9D” substitute “8A and 9B”;
