Amendment of Schedule 6 to the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011

2.—(1) Schedule 6 to the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (public bodies etc: standards)(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the table, under the heading “LOCAL GOVERNMENT ETC”, in the appropriate place insert—

“Corporate joint committees (“Cyd-bwyllgorau corfforedig”)	Service delivery standards
	Policy making standards
	Operational standards
	Promotion standards
	Record keeping standards”

(3) In paragraph 2 (interpretation), in the appropriate place insert—

““corporate joint committee” (“cyd-bwyllgor corfforedig”) means a corporate joint committee established by regulations made under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021;”.
