7. Schedule 12 to the 1972 Act is to be read as if, in paragraph 23(2) M1 (annual meetings of community councils), after “take office,” there were inserted “ in 2020, the annual meeting is to be held on such day in 2020 as the proper officer of the council may determine, ”.
