The Official Feed and Food Controls (Wales) Regulations 2009 E+W

4.—(1) The Official Feed and Food Controls (Wales) Regulations 2009 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 3, in paragraph (a)—

(a) omit sub-paragraph (iii);

(b) for sub-paragraph (iv) substitute—

“(iv) the application of the rules on quality schemes which provide the basis for the identification and protection of names and terms that indicate or describe agricultural products with value-adding characteristics laid down in Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 November 2012 on quality schemes for agricultural products and foodstuffs M2 ,”.
