The Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Wales) Regulations 20024 are amended as follows.

In regulation 16 omit paragraph (f).

Omit regulations 18 and 18A.

In Schedule 3, paragraph 1 for the words “and any specific identification” substitute “the unique identifier assigned in accordance with Regulation 65/2004, and any other”.
