The title of these Regulations is the Meat (Official Controls Charges) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2019.

These Regulations come into force on 14 December 2019.
Amendment of the Meat (Official Controls Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2009

The Meat (Official Controls Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1)—
a
in the definition of “audit”, for “Article 2.6 of Regulation 882/2004” substitute “Article 3(30) of Regulation 2017/625”;
