Ffioedd penodedig sy’n daladwy am gydsyniadau eraill
6.—(1) Rhaid i drwyddedai sy’n gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am gydsyniad ar gyfer gweithgaredd neu fater a restrir yng ngholofn gyntaf Tabl 2 dalu’r ffi gyfatebol yn ail golofn y tabl hwnnw.
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), rhaid talu’r ffi sy’n daladwy o dan baragraff (1) ar adeg gwneud y cais, oni bai bod Gweinidogion Cymru yn hysbysu’r trwyddedai y caniateir i’r ffi gael ei thalu ar ddyddiad diweddarach.
(3) Mewn perthynas â’r gweithgareddau a restrir ym mharagraff (4), rhaid i’r ffi sy’n daladwy o dan baragraff (1) gael ei thalu o fewn 30 diwrnod i’r adeg y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn hysbysu’r trwyddedai am y penderfyniad ynghylch y cais oni bai bod Gweinidogion Cymru yn hysbysu’r trwyddedai y caniateir i’r ffi gael ei thalu ar ddyddiad diweddarach.
(4) Mae’r gweithgareddau fel a ganlyn—
(a)cais am gydsyniad i estyn tymor cychwynnol, ail dymor neu dymor terfynol trwydded petrolewm;
(b)cais am gydsyniad i ddiwygio rhaglen waith.
