Rhoi cynhyrchion buchol ar y farchnad neu eu hallforio i drydydd gwledydd
1.—(1) Mae’n drosedd i unrhyw berson roi ar y farchnad neu allforio (neu gynnig allforio) i drydydd gwledydd unrhyw gynhyrchion sydd ar ffurf neu sy’n ymgorffori unrhyw ddeunydd (ac eithrio llaeth) sy’n deillio o anifail buchol a anwyd neu a fagwyd o fewn y Deyrnas Unedig cyn 1 Awst 1996.
(2) Nid yw’r gwaharddiad yn is-baragraff (1) yn gymwys i grwyn anifeiliaid buchol a anwyd neu a fagwyd o fewn y Deyrnas Unedig cyn 1 Awst 1996 a ddefnyddiwyd i gynhyrchu lledr yn unol ag Erthygl 1(3) o Benderfyniad y Comisiwn 2007/411/EC(1).
(3) At ddibenion y paragraff hwn, bernir bod anifail buchol wedi ei eni neu ei fagu yn y Deyrnas Unedig cyn 1 Awst 1996 oni bai bod ei basbort gwartheg yn dangos naill ai—
(a)ei fod wedi ei eni yn y Deyrnas Unedig ar 1 Awst 1996 neu ar ôl hynny; neu
(b)y daeth i’r Deyrnas Unedig am y tro cyntaf ar 1 Awst 1996 neu ar ôl hynny.
