18. In the Welsh text of Schedule 4—
(a)in paragraph 2(2)(c), omit “gan Gyngor Cyllido Addysg Uwch Cymru”; and
(b)in paragraph 9(c), for “yn dod yn fyfyriwr cwmwys” substitute “hefyd yn cymhwyso i gael cymorth”.
