The Coffee Extracts and Chicory Extracts (Wales) Regulations 2001

6.—(1) The Coffee Extracts and Chicory Extracts (Wales) Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 7(3), for the words from “paragraphs 1 and 2” to “human consumption” substitute “Annex 3 to Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules(2)”.

(3) Omit regulation 8.
