In regulation 8(2)(d)(ii) of the Plastic Kitchenware (Conditions on Imports from China) (Wales) Regulations 2011(1), for “Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food” substitute “Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food(2) as Annex I to which is amended from time to time”.
