The Products of Animal Origin (Disease Control) (Wales) Regulations 200859 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 3—
a
in paragraph 1(a), omit the words from “or article 4” to “legible”;
b
in paragraph 3, omit sub-paragraph (a) (together with the final “or”).
