School Teacher Appraisal (Wales) Regulations 2011
7.—(1) The School Teacher Appraisal (Wales) Regulations 2011(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the following regulations for “development” substitute “professional learning”—
(a)regulation 5(7);
(b)regulation 15(1)(c);
(c)regulation 17(5);
(d)regulation 29(1)(c);
(e)regulation 31(4); and
(f)regulation 44(4).
(3) In the following regulations for “development” substitute “learning”—
(a)regulation 12(7)(b);
(b)regulation 26(7)(b);
(c)regulation 39(7)(b); and
(d)regulation 42(1)(c).
(4) In the following regulations for “developmental” substitute “professional learning”—
(a)regulation 15(4);
(b)regulation 29(4); and
(c)regulation 42(4).
