Head Teacher’s Report to Parents and Adult Pupils (Wales) Regulations 2011
4. Regulation 3 of the Head Teacher’s Report to Parents and Adult Pupils (Wales) Regulations 2011(1) are amended as follows—
(a)for paragraph (4) substitute—
“(4) In the case of pupils in the fourth key stage there must be included in the report the most recent “Summary of Secondary School Performance” document published by the Welsh Ministers from time to time in relation to the school on DEWi.”;
(b)in paragraph (5) for “paragraphs (3) and (4)” substitute “paragraph (3)”; and
(c)in paragraph (8)(b) for “1 and 2(4)” substitute “1, 2(4), 3(4) and 8(1) and (2)”.
