4.  In section 119(3)(1)— E+W

(a) omit “or” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) at the end of paragraph (b) insert “; or

“(c) premises at which—

(i) a care home service,

(ii) a secure accommodation service, or

(iii) a residential family centre service,

within the meaning of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 2) is provided by a person registered under Part 1 of that Act.”
