Coming into force in accordance with article 2

Water Industry Act 1991 (c. 56)

16.—(1) Schedule 4A(1) to the Water Industry Act 1991 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 8(2)(2)—

(a) in paragraph (a), after “care home” insert “in England”;

(b) after paragraph (a), insert—

“(aa) premises in Wales at which a care home service, within the meaning of Part 1 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 2), is provided;”;

(c) in paragraph (d)(i) omit “; and”;

(d) omit paragraph (d)(ii).

(3) In paragraph 9(3) after “children’s home” insert “in England”.
