10. In section 59(1)(aa)(1), after “Care Standards Act 2000” insert “or Part 1 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016”.

Paragraph (aa) was inserted by the Care Standards Act 2000 section 116 and Schedule 4, paragraph 14 and was amended by the Children and Young Persons Act 2008, section 8(2) and Schedule 1, paragraph 2(1) and (2).
