Amendment to regulation 2 of the 2016 Regulations
3. In regulation 2 (interpretation) of the 2016 Regulations, insert the following in the appropriate place—
““the 2017 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2017”) means the Regulated Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2017(1);”;
““domiciliary support service” (“gwasanaeth cymorth cartref”) has the same meaning as that given in section 2(1)(h) of and paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 to the Act, subject to regulation 3(1) of the 2017 Regulations;”.
