Tatws hadyd: ffioedd
8.—(1) Mae’r ffioedd a bennir yn y tabl yn Atodlen 5 yn daladwy mewn cysylltiad â’r gweithgareddau a bennir yng ngholofn 1 o’r tabl hwnnw sy’n ymwneud â chais i ardystio tatws hadyd yn unol â rheoliad 10 o Reoliadau Tatws Hadyd (Cymru) 2016(1).
(2) Mae’r ffioedd a bennir yng ngholofn 2 o’r tabl yn Atodlen 5 yn daladwy yn ddarostyngedig i’r isafswm ffioedd (os oes un) a bennir yn y cofnodion cyfatebol yng ngholofn 3 o’r tabl hwnnw.
(3) Mae’r ffioedd a bennir yng ngholofn 2 o’r tabl yn Atodlen 5 mewn cysylltiad ag arolygiad o gnydau sy’n tyfu i’w hardystio yn radd PBTC yr Undeb ac arolygiad o gloron a gynaeafwyd yn daladwy am bob cyfnod o 15 munud (neu ran o’r cyfnod hwnnw) a dreulir yn cynnal yr arolygiad ac unrhyw weithgareddau cysylltiedig yn y fangre berthnasol.
(4) Mae ffi ychwanegol o £14.76 yn daladwy pan fo person yn cyflwyno cais ar bapur (ac nid ar-lein) i ardystio tatws hadyd.
(5) Mae unrhyw ffioedd sy’n daladwy o dan y rheoliad hwn yn daladwy gan y ceisydd.
(6) Ym mharagraff (3), ystyr “mangre berthnasol” yw’r fangre lle y mae’r cnydau sy’n tyfu i’w hardystio yn radd PBTC yr Undeb neu’r cloron a gynaeafwyd sydd i’w harolygu wedi eu lleoli.
