12. In Schedule 3 (ozone-enriched air treatment)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 1, for “3, 4 and 5” substitute “6, 7 and 8”;
(b)for the Welsh text of sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph 1, substitute “nad yw’r driniaeth yn cael effaith ddiheintio.”
