Terfynu aelodaeth o gorff gwasanaeth iechyd
4.—(1) Mae—
(a)aelodaeth y person fel cadeirydd, aelod neu gyfarwyddwr corff gwasanaeth iechyd wedi ei therfynu, ac eithrio am fod y swydd wedi ei dileu, ymddiswyddiad gwirfoddol, ad-drefnu’r corff gwasanaeth iechyd, neu oherwydd bod cyfnod y swydd y penodwyd y person amdano wedi dod i ben; neu
(b)y person wedi ei symud o’i swydd fel cadeirydd neu aelod o gorff llywodraethu grŵp comisiynu clinigol.
(2) Os yw person wedi ei anghymhwyso o dan is-baragraff (1), bydd yr anghymhwysiad yn peidio â chael effaith pan ddaw 2 flynedd i ben gan ddechrau ar y dyddiad y terfynir y cyfnod penodiad neu unrhyw gyfnod hwy a bennwyd gan y corff a derfynodd aelodaeth y person.
(3) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, pan wneir cais iddynt gan y person a anghymhwyswyd, leihau cyfnod yr anghymhwysiad a grybwyllir yn is-baragraff (2).
