8.—(1) Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ddirymu cofrestriad amrywogaeth—

(a)os nad yw’n wahanol, yn unffurf neu’n sefydlog mwyach;

(b)os nad oes unrhyw ddeunydd o’r amrywogaeth honno ar gael mwyach sy’n ddigon unffurf neu sy’n cyfateb i’r disgrifiad o’r amrywogaeth ar yr adeg y’i cofrestrwyd;

(c)os darparwyd gwybodaeth anwir neu gamarweiniol sy’n berthnasol i gofrestru i Weinidogion Cymru mewn cysylltiad â’r cais i gofrestru;

(d)yn achos unrhyw amrywogaeth a addaswyd yn enetig, os yw’r organedd a addaswyd yn enetig sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn yr amrywogaeth yn peidio â bod yn awdurdodedig yn unol â Chyfarwyddeb 2001/18/EC neu Reoliad (EC) Rhif 1829/2003.

(2) Ond nid yw is-baragraff (1)(a) i (c) yn gymwys os yw Gweinidogion Cymru wedi eu bodloni y dylai’r amrywogaeth barhau ar y gofrestr er budd gwarchod amrywiaeth enetig amrywogaethau.
