Amendment to the Seed Potatoes (Wales) Regulations 2016
2.—(1) The Seed Potatoes (Wales) Regulations 2016(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Regulation 3 (interpretation: European instruments) for the definition of “the Directive” substitute—
““the Directive” (“ y Gyfarwyddeb ”) means Council Directive 2002/56/EC on the marketing of seed potatoes(2);”.
(3) In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (official labels and official documents), after paragraph 7(b)(i), insert—
“(ia)an officially assigned serial number;”.
