SCHEDULE 6 Section 97 and 102 Orders under the 1990 Act

16.  Regulation 25(1) is to be read as if—

(a) “an application or appeal” read “whether to make or confirm a section 97 or section 102 order”; and

(b) “submitted” read “prepared”.
