SCHEDULE 10 Consequential amendments

The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995

1.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 3—

(a) in paragraph (10), for “2016”, substitute “2017”; and

(b) in paragraphs (10) and (11)—

(i) for “regulation 4(8)” substitute “regulation 5(11)”;

(ii) for “regulation 6(6)” substitute “regulation 7(6)”; and

(iii) for “regulation 4(4)” substitute “regulation 5(4)”.
