Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications, Deemed Applications and Site Visits) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and they come into force on 5 May 2017.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
