Revocation and saving provisions
3.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Regulations specified in the table in the Schedule are revoked in so far as they apply in relation to Wales.
(2) The Local Inquiries, Qualifying Inquiries and Qualifying Procedures (Standard Daily Amount) (Wales) Regulations 2011(1) continue to have effect in relation to a local inquiry or qualifying procedure to which those Regulations applied and which opened before, and remains ongoing after the date on which these Regulations come into force.
