The Bathing Water (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2017 No. 453 (W. 96)

Title, application and commencement

1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Bathing Water (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2017 and they come into force on 1 May 2017.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Amendment of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013

2.  In Part 2 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in Wales) to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 after “Tenby South” insert “Traeth Glan Don Beach”.
