2.  In regulation 4 of the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2006(1) (calculation of charges)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “£13.50” substitute “£14.00”;

(b) in paragraph (2), for “£43.00” substitute “£44.00”;

(c) in paragraph (3), for “£185.00” substitute “£190.00”;

(d) in paragraph (4), for “£185.00” substitute “£190.00”; and

(e) in paragraph (5), for “£13.50” substitute “£14.00”.
