8.—(1) Until the coming into force of paragraphs (d) to (g) of section 2(1) of the Act, and in the circumstances set out in paragraph (2), sections 189 to 191 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014(1) are to be read as if the amendments to those sections made by paragraphs 33 to 35 of Schedule 3 to the Act had not been made.
(2) The circumstances referred to in paragraph (1) are that the business failure relates to a service of a type specified in paragraphs (d) to (g) of section 2(1) of the Act and that the service is of a type which continues to be regulated as an establishment or agency under Part 2 of the 2000 Act.
