Interpretation
2. In these Regulations—
“the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016;
“annual return” (“datganiad blynyddol”) means the annual return which a service provider must submit to the Welsh Ministers in accordance with section 10(1) of the Act.
