The Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 201613 (“the 2016 Order”) is revoked.

An agricultural worker employed as a worker at a Grade or as an apprentice but not as a flexible worker, and subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in the 2016 Order or any previous Orders continue to be employed in that Grade or as an apprentice and are, from the date this Order comes into force, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in this Order.

In this article “previous Orders” means the Agricultural Wages (England and Wales) Order 2012 and every order revoked by article 70 of that Order.
