The title of these Regulations is the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2016.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

These Regulations do not apply to an “excepted energy building”, and “excepted energy building” has the same meaning as in the Schedule to the Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) (No. 2) Order 20096.

These Regulations come into force on 17 June 2016.
