In section 62 of the Care Act 2014 (power to meet child’s carer’s needs for support) in subsection (3) for “under section 17 of the Children Act 1989.” substitute—
under—
a
section 17 of the Children Act 1989, or
b
sections 37 to 39 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
