Title, application and commencement
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Building (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2016.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) These Regulations do not apply to an excepted energy building and “excepted energy building” has the same meaning as in the Schedule to the Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) (No. 2) Order 2009(1).
(4) These Regulations come into force on 8 April 2016.
